Outstanding customer service and technical/dental work. I had unknowingly broken a small piece off of a tooth and it had become sensitive. Upon arrival for my check up and cleaning I signed in and waited less than three minutes before being called back. My dental technician was Aashia and she did a fantastic job throughout my visit. She made the xrays the easiest I have ever had. My dentist was Dr. Gianella and he did an outstanding job! He as friendly and professional explaining everything he was seeing and took the time to show me where the issue was with my tooth. He tried to avoid using a crown but after further examination the tooth needed to be crowned. I thought it would take a couple of days to finish the process but Woods Dental makes the crown in house. So I was able to have the crown crafted and fitted in one visit. While waiting for the crown to be made I had the cleaning done. I can honestly say that the crown and the cleaning was pain free. There was no rushing and I was completely comfortable the entire time. One stop shop with the best care from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Gianella and Aashia as well as Woods Dental.

The ladies up front were very friendly and helpful to me when filing out the initial patient info, and the friendly atmosphere continued in the back with X-rays and meeting Dr. Romero who explained the process and gave me so options...he also assured me himself and his team would find me the best option for my finances.
